I'm unable to credit leave to my team

I use Empxtrack to manually credit leaves to employees but unable to do it. What could be wrong?

We recommend you to check the leave credit mechanism in the Product Configurations section.
Make sure it is set as manual (not Auto).

Follow the steps:

  1. Go to Product configurations tab
  2. Click Setup leave types under Self and Manager Services
  3. Open a leave type for which you are facing the issue and go to Credit rules & policy section
  4. For credit mechanism, select the option as - Manual credit as and when required
