What are the steps to process payroll in Empxtrack?

I am a new user of Empxtrack Free payroll software. How can I run payroll for an employee? Can you help me with stepwise instructions?

Follow these steps.

  • Set up payroll by configuring Company Preferences, Pay Periods, and Salary Structures.

  • Add the employee with the required details.

  • Set up the employee’s Salary Structure and Employee Payroll Preferences.

  • Go to Run Payroll → Payroll Overview and select the payroll period and Run Payroll.

  • Review the calculated earnings, deductions and net salary.

  • Generate payslip.
