Empxtrack offers 9 and 12 performance potential matrices to identify potential successors. Employees are evaluated based on attributes, ranging from goalsheet, competencies, leadership qualities, job description, and more.
Any two attributes are selected to identify the performance score of an employee. Based on the performance scores, employees are then categorized in grids (cells).
Click on any grid and view the list of employees meeting that criteria. For instance, (refer to the below image) click on 4 and a list of employees who have high level proficiency and exceeded beyond expectations would show up.
