Can an employee cancel their approved leave?

Yes, an approved leave can be canceled by the employee.


Go to the leave section and open the approved leave. Now click on Send cancellation request. The leave cancellation request will be sent for approval.


Once any cancellation request is accepted by the approving authority, the leave will be marked as canceled and the leave balance will get credited back.
