Yes, employees can send notification to their colleagues about their leave schedule. While submitting a leave request, select the option about notifying your colleagues. Specify the names of the colleagues whom they want to notify.
Note: Make sure the option to send notification to employees is enabled for a specific leave type.
To enable the option, go to Product configurations >> Setup leave types >> Select a leave type and go to Leave rules tab >> Select the option - Enable the notification to project managers or peers
