Masquerade is a privilege available only to the person who has registered for the Empxtrack product and has HR admin rights. They can log in as any other employee and perform a task or resolve a problem on their behalf when the employee is not available.
Type “masquerade” on the search bar. Then type the name of the employee whose portal you want to access and click masquerade. Perform the required action. Once done, click on the (x) sign and you will be logged back into your own account.
