Yes, Empxtrack supports continuous performance management, allowing employees and managers to capture goal achievements and competencies throughout the year.
Employees can regularly update goal achievements (in goal sheet form) and add notes (in competencies form).
Then, once the appraisal cycle starts, ratings can be enabled such that managers can rate an employee on the basis of notes and goal progress.
Follow the path: Go to Product configurations >> Performance management >> Configure Appraisal >>Appraisal plans >> Select the appraisal plan >> Form & Settings >> Open Goal sheet form >> Select View achievements and then select “Check to allow the capture of achievements by employees and managers for each goal on the form”
Similarly in the competencies form, select “Enable achievements capture"
