Can I have custom message notifications in Empxtrack travel and expense?

My company has a travel policy in which mid-level officials and leadership are allowed to travel by air. Rest of the employees are restricted to road and train travel. To give clarity in travel request approval, can a custom message be created where it is specified if an employee has raised a request for air or train/ road travel? This will help managers to make quick decisions on travel request acceptance or rejection.
