Can I track my team’s goal progress and achievements, and compare with the actual achievements?

Empxtrack allows continuous monitoring of achievements. Managers can track goal progress and achievements at regular intervals.

Employees can capture their real-time achievements periodically. Managers can also capture notes on employee’s goal progress.

There is a View achievements report that can be generated by the manager to identify the goal progress. This enables a manager to identify the challenges an employee is facing in achieving goals and make corrective action plans.
 



Remember, the goal progress is captured by employees and managers on a regular basis, and the target and achieved value can be seen and compared.
