Can I add goals as well as KPIs in the employee goalsheet?

I have created a goal library with 50 goals. Each goal has 4-5  KPIs. As an HR manager, I will add these goals in the employee goalsheet. Will the KPIs automatically get added in goalsheets or do I need to add them manually after adding goals?

While adding goals in the goal library, you can define KPIs too. Empxtrack provides a configuration option to add goals as well as KPIs in the employee goal sheets.

Refer to the below image that indicates that a goal “Training milestones” is imported from the goal library and there are 2 KPIs associated with it “Leadership assessment” and “Communication skills certification”.

Both the KPIs will get added once this goal is added in the employee goalsheet.
