You can create additional designations in the application as and when required. There are 2 ways to do it.
- While adding a new employee in the system, go to the employment details section and click on the plus sign to add more titles or designations.
- Alternatively, you can type “setup masters” in the search bar and select “Add or modify employee data related masters” from the options shown. Now, click on the plus sign corresponding to Designation and save the changes. You will have the new designations/ titles added in the system.
