There is no HR in our company. Can a manager initiate appraisal?

We are a small company of 10 employees and there is no HR person in the company. Can a manager initiate appraisal in empxtrack?

Yes, a manager can initiate appraisal of their subordinates. It depends on the configurations in your system. Configure the appraisal rules as per your company process if you want the manager to initiate the appraisal.

Go to Product configurations >> Performance Management >> View an appraisal plan >> In the Time and notifications, go to define role and process for appraisal initiation and select the initiator
