You can start appraisal for your employees in just a few clicks. Follow the steps:
Login to empxtrack as an HR manager.
On the dashboards homepage, scroll down to the Appraisals section and click on Create the first appraisal.
If you have already created some appraisals previously, click on Create appraisal for an employee.
To involve multiple stakeholders in the appraisal process and define the flow of appraisals, you can select one of the 3 workflows given in the system.
Note: You can also configure the application to change the appraisal initiator and associated workflows.
Select employees for whom you want to initiate appraisals. You can either Add a new employee (if not already added in the system) or select an existing employee from the system to create appraisals.
Click Create appraisal.
Once the appraisal is initiated, the employee gets notified in the message center and through an email.
