Unable to add the birth date as per the format

I am trying to upload mass employee data, but facing an issue as the system prompted that date of birth is incorrect.

If you face an issue related to date of birth, then make sure you map fields format. Follow the steps:

• Upload the employee data sheet in the system
  
• On the Fields selection mapping page, map the format for all fields. Go to the field ‘Date of birth’ and select the same option from the dropdown (as shown in the image)
  
• You can follow the same for other fields (such as date of joining, employment type and others) to avoid errors
