To give access to an employee for a specific functionality, follow these steps:
On the Dashboards homepage, go to the Search bar and type “roles and groups” and select the option - Create and assign groups. Alternatively, you can also go to Product configurations >> General settings >> Setup employee groups
On the Setup employee groups page, click Add new group.
Specify a unique Group name and select an option to select roles. Once you set the role, it can’t be changed. Hence, associate the role carefully.
Apply Search criteria by selecting the suitable options for all the fields.
Specify employee names to Assign group to one or more employees and give access rights. You can select an option to give Full access or Read only access.
Provide access for specific modules to the employees assigned the groups in the Assign module. Then select the checkbox corresponding to the module(s) whose access you want to grant.
