I am using my own SMTP server but new social feed emails are not reaching my mailbox

Hello;

I have defined my own SMTP server for sending emails. When I try to send email through Employee Communication link email lands in my mailbox but when I post a new social feed none of my employees receives any email.

After enabling your own SMTP server details in the application, you will be able to receive the mails from the application including the mails related to the social feeds.

In case, if you still do not receive mails related to the social feed, follow the below steps.
1. Check the configuration related to the social feed for generation of mail
2. Verify the details and credentials related to the SMTP server.
3. After step 2, save the SMTP details.

Add a new social feed and verify your mail inbox.
