Can I choose my rating scale in appraisal forms?

Does empxtrack allow setting up rating scale of my choice in the appraisal forms?

You can manage rating scales as per your choice. Empxtrack offers multiple rating types and display options including Dropdown, Radio buttons, Stars, Slider, and the option to not show rating at all.

Follow the path to select a required rating scale – Type Rating in the Search bar and select Edit ratings. Select a rating master where you want to make changes. Alternatively, go to Product configurations >> Performance Management >> Appraisal plans forms >> Select a plan >> go to Forms and Settings >> Click on a form where you want to modify rating scale

In the Empxtrack Free Appraisal, you can configure rating scale for Goalsheet, Competency and Submit forms. To modify the rating type and options, click Manage Rating on anyone of these forms. Configure rating displays choice from the multiple options available.
