Does the system provide feature to schedule reports available in the application? Which roles has this feature enabled?

Yes, Empxtrack enterprise version gives you the flexibility to schedule reports such that they can be generated periodically.

HR, managers, and other users who have access to reports can schedule the reports.

Go to the Reports section in the app and click on the report that you want to schedule.
Now click on Change report parameters .
Go to the Save report header and specify the Report title and Description.
Select the checkbox I want to run this report periodically.
Then set its Frequency, Format, and other parameters.
Click Run.

Once it is set, the report will be generated automatically as per the defined frequency.

You would be able to see all the saved and scheduled reports under the Saved/ Scheduled reports section.
