Can HR login as another employee to perform a task?

Yes, HR or the person who has taken Empxtrack enrollment (Director, CEO, Admin, Accounts, etc)  gets the right to log in as another employee to perform a task or address issues, when the employee is unavailable.

To do this, simply type "Masquerade" in the search bar, enter the name of the employee whose portal you wish to access, and click on "Masquerade." All actions performed by the HR are put on an audit trail for security.
