How to access the file of an exited employee ?

During a HR audit, the auditors usually request the files of employees who exited the system/workplace during the financial year under audit. How do I access the exited employee file for audit. No change should be allowed on an exited employee.

To view the profiles of exited employees, go to Role and features menu and click on "Add or Edit an Employee." From there, select the "Exited employees" option.

   



Next, search for the employee's name and click "View" to access their profile.

To see a report of exited employees, go to the Role and features menu, select "Reports" under the Employee data management section, and open the "Exit detailed report."
