How to create an HOD group for the Finance & Accounts department?

How can I create an HOD for the Finance & Accounts department.

You can create an HOD for the Finance & Accounts department through global groups by logging in to the system as HR and clicking Product configurations.

Then, under General settings, click Setup employee groups, add a new group.
