Does Empxtrack provide an option to add recurring one-on-one meetings for discussing employee performance at regular intervals?

Yes, you can access the Event calendar to schedule recurring meetings.
Type “meeting” in the search bar and select “calendar. You can add a new event link given on the top and specify the required details. 
To schedule recurring meetings, select the checkbox labeled as Repeat and specify the number of repetitions. Save the invite and it automatically notifies the participants.
