Empxtrack provides a 9-box grid to identify current and future potential of employees. You can get a bird’s eye view on all the low and top performing employees in the organization and take remedial action.

Login as HR admin. Go to the search bar and type “appraisals”. Then select “Performance appraisals” and view the Performance Potential graph which is also called 9-box grid. The performance potential graph can be seen once the appraisals are carried out.
