At the manager end or other stakeholders involved in the appraisal process workflow, correct appraisal forms are not visible in the application. In such scenario, follow the below steps.
- Try to access the appraisal form of a subordinate from the message center notification. During submission of an appraisal form to the next stakeholder involved in the process flow, the system generates email as well as the notification messages which are visible in the message center.
- In the top row of the page, click on the 'Role and features' menu icon, select the appropriate role and click on the 'Appraisal' link. Appraisal of all subordinates, as per the selected role will visible in the page.
- In the page, make sure that the appropriate time period and other filters are selected in the page. With the help of edit icon, you will be able to select the correct time period and select the correct appraisal tag from the 'Filter' option. As per these selections, the appraisals will visible in the page. One can search an employee by typing appropriate text in the search box or can select a specific employee using the 'Filter' feature.
