My employee’s Empxtrack account is locked. How to unlock it?

One of my employees is not able to login to Empxtrack, as his account is locked. How can I unlock it?

You can unlock your employee account by resetting their username or password.

In the Search bar, type “reset password” and select “Communicate with employees, share or reset passwords, set password policy”.

Now go to “Reset username or password” and specify the name of the employee whose account is locked. Click Reset, specify the password and Update it.

Once updated, the employee will receive an email with the new password and they can login into the application.
