Sorry to know that you are facing an issue in the application. Once you are in Empxtrack application, refer to Help and Videos in the top menu bar.
 

You may also submit your query through the Request Support given in the free offering products. 

If you are using a paid product, directly contact your account manager for support. Empxtrack team would resolve your issue at the earliest.
