Once you purchase the implementation service from the Upgrade page in the application, you will get a call back from the Empxtrack team to discuss your requirements. We will then implement the changes and let you know.
Alternatively, send us your requirement through Request support and we will get back to you with an estimated time for this activity.
You can then purchase the implementation hours.
If you have purchased excess implementation hours, the remaining hours will be adjusted for future requirements.
