How should I edit my company name mentioned in the system?

I want to modify my company name in the application. How can I do it?

You can edit the company name if you have misspelled or entered a wrong name.

Follow the path:

1. Go to Product configurations. Under Setup masters, click Employee data masters.
   
2. Under Employee location related masters, go to the Company section and click on the existing company name.
   
3. Edit the name and add Description if required.
   

You can even click on Plus (+) to add more companies, in case you have sister companies.

The modified company name gets updated and shows correctly in the employee profile. 

P.S. Please remember that changing the company name does not alter the company ID.
