In Empxtrack free products, what do you mean by “Exit the learning mode”?

I have taken enrollment for Empxtrack free payroll. It is mentioned there that I am in the learning mode and I should exit this mode to start using the full application. What does this mean?

The learning mode helps you get acquainted with some important features of the product that you have enrolled for.

Once you are familiar with how Empxtrack works, you should exit the learning mode. You will be then directed to the full featured free version of the application with lots of additional functionality and features.
