HR manager can modify default password policy in just a few clicks.
Type “password policy” in the Search bar and select the option as Communicate with employees, share or reset passwords, set password policy.
Alternatively, you can also go to Product configurations >> Employee management >> Employee communication.
Under Shortcuts, go to Password Policy and set new rules.
Define Number of characters in password and select a password type from the dropdown.
If you want employees to Reset password on first login, then select Yes.
Set a Password change frequency and Password attempts allowed.
Click Save.
Once the password policy is changed, employees don’t need to reset their passwords. The updated password policy is applicable for next password generation and changes that take place.
