Once the employee makes some changes in their profile, it goes through an approval process. Typically, the updated record goes to HR manager for approval. The record gets updated only once it is approved.
HR can view the data change requests sent by employees in a few clicks. Go to Role and features menu >> HR manager tasks >> Click View pending employee data update requests
In addition to this, HR also gets notified in the Message center when they receive data update requests from employees.
Employees can see the status in 2 ways:
Go to profile, click View all changes to employee data icon and check the status.
In the employee profile, they can visit a specific section where they have made changes and see Update in progress.
