How Empxtrack helps HR managers in identification of missing data elements in an employee profile? Can an HR manager send communication to employees to complete their profile?

With the help of a 'Data gap' report, an HR manager will be able to identify the missing data elements of an employee profile.
Placed below are the steps related to execution of the 'Data gap' report.
1. Under the HR manager role, in the home page, click on the Employee data management main tab and scroll down to the 'Reports' section.
2. Under the report section, look out for the 'Data gap' report.
3. Just run this report and the system will display the list of employees to whom manager relationship is not defined.
4. With the help of the 'Change report parameters' button, you can select other parameters associated with an employee profile. You can also configure the column headers of the report.
5. In the bottom of the report, the system will display the selected parameter along with details of the report, run by with the date and time stamp.
6. With the help of the 'Communicate' button, after selection of employees, you will be redirected to a window with predefined mail text with missing data element.
7. Just click on the 'Send' button, the system will send mail to the selected employees on their email-id defined in the application.
8. Report can be downloaded in .csv, .pdf and .xlsx formats with details of missing parameters.
As per the steps 6 and 7 above, an HR manager can send mailers to the employees to complete their profile for different data elements.
The above mentioned Data gap report gives a summary of missing data. Click on the Change report parameters to select the suitable parameters and Run the report. Refer to the image below.
