How to give the same access permissions and authorization to HR?

I have 5 people in my HR department. Need to provide the same access permissions and visibility to all. How to do it?

With Empxtrack, it is possible to give similar access permissions to your entire HR team (irrespective of number of people). Follow the steps:

• In the Product configurations, go to Setup employee groups under General settings.
  
• If a group already exists, modify it and specify the name of all employees whom you want to give group permissions. In case a group is not created, click Add a group and then assign employees.
