Empxtrack’s Enterprise version offers both the 9-box and 12-box performance-potential matrices to identify HiPOs (High-Potential Employees) for effective succession planning.
To use the 9-box grid:
Under Product Configurations, click Manage Ratings, and define the required rating scales.
Any two attributes are selected to identify the performance score of an employee. Employees are categorized into specific grids (cells) based on these scores.
Click on any grid to view the list of employees meeting that criteria.
Each grid categorizes employees based on their performance and potential scores. For instance, clicking on a specific grid (e.g., grid 4) displays employees who exhibit high proficiency and exceed expectations.
This feature allows you to quickly identify potential successors and create development plans for them.
