To setup PF rules in Empxtrack, follow the steps:
1. On the Dashboards homepage, scroll down to go to Payroll section and click Configurations icon .
Alternatively, you can also click the Product configurations tab on the left side on the homepage. Go to Payroll settings and click Configure payroll. By default, the Global settings page appears on the screen.
2. Under Payroll Settings, click Company Settings.
3. Go to the Provident fund section and select the appropriate options to set PF rules.
4. Select the required option from the dropdown for each field. Select the maximum amount an employee can contribute to PF as 12% of Gross - HRA max 1800.
