Employees are unable to declare investments as they can’t see the financial period.

Financial year 2024-25 is not visible on My declarations page, hence employees are not able to declare their investments. How to fix this?

If the financial year is not showing on My Declarations page for your employees, it means it hasn't been set up in the system. The HR manager/ HR admin needs to first create the financial year, and then open a Declaration window for employees to declare their investments. Follow the steps:

• On the Dashboards homepage, click on the Product configurations and then click on the Time settings under General settings. Alternatively, you can type “Time settings” in the Search bar and select Time settings.
  
• Go to the Financial year tab and click View and edit financial periods.
  

     

• Click Add to create the new FY. Specify Start year and End year, and click Generate.
  
• Once the FY is generated, go to the Actions icon corresponding to the year for which you need declarations and click Mark current.
  

• Make sure the Declaration window is opened for that specific FY when employees declare investments.
