In case, employees are not able to download the payslip but able to view it in the application. In such scenario, please make sure that the company logo uploaded in the application is in proper format i.e. .png, .jpeg or .gif, with appropriate size.
Just re-upload the company logo with the correct format and size in the application. The issue will resolve and employee will be able to download the payslip with the uploaded logo.
