Is it possible to reduce bonus or extra income after payroll finalization?

I have finalized payroll for my employees. But I need to reduce the extra income of one of the employees. How can I do it?

Even if the payroll is finalized, Empxtrack gives you an option to make adjustments in the extra income, TDS or other deductions. Follow the steps:

1. During payroll processing, in Step 2 click the Actions icon corresponding to the employee name for whom you want to reduce the extra income.
   
2. Click Delete and enter the remark in the confirmation box.
   
3. Now click on the Salary not calculated tab under In process: Step 2.
   
4. Click on the amount under Extra payment (Taxable).
   
5. Specify the new value and a reason for change. Update the changes.
   

Once the changes are saved, you can calculate the salary again.
