Some employees want to increase their PF deduction?

We deduct 12% of basic as PF for all employees, but 2 employees want to increase their PF contribution to Rs. 1800? How can I do it?

You can easily set payroll preferences (required PF and ESIC deductions, and tax regime) for specific employees.

1. In the Search bar, type Payroll preferences and select the option as Employee payroll preferences and overrides.

2. Under Actions  , click Edit corresponding to an employee name whose PF contribution you want to increase.

3. Click Save to update the new payroll preference for the selected employee.
